For more information click here What are product weights? - Every product on our web-site has it's own individual product weight; as delivery costs are made up of a cumulative total of the product weights from the products you select. We therefore publish the weight we have given each product so you can work out what your delivery costs will be. These weights are not necessarily just their actual weight but have been decided upon the following factors:
Where do you deliver? - Everywhere! Well we certainly try! Our Mail Order department send products out all over the world on a weekly basis. However our website doesn't allow you to choose just any country to deliver to, if your country isn't available through our website please do call us. We'll be able to give you a quote and help you arrange a delivery for when's good for you. 01489555908 Do you deliver next day? - Yes! Wherever possible we will send your order out the day we take it (online orders before 13:00 p.m). This however is not always possible so for online orders we quote for a 5 day period, we will send you an email once we've dispatched your order. We are a real company. Is VAT included? - Yes all of our prices are inclusive of VAT, you will be charged on VAT depending on what country you're buying from. Why don't you have all the products online you have in your shops? Give us time! We're adding products all the time, and we hope to get another 1000 products on by this summer. We're looking into making a catalogue but if you want to know our latest offers you could sign up for our newsletter. We generally send one email a month letting you know what we've got on offer for the following month. Why has my order been declined? Well this could be for a number of reasons. We do get a report as to why an order has been declined, but we don't follow up any declined orders. If you'd like us to help you complete an order once it has been declined please contact our Mail Order department on 01489 555908.
