The Captain’s Card is a Loyalty Card
provided by Aladdins Cave Chandlery Ltd
• The Loyalty Card is issued by and
remains the property of Aladdins Cave Chandlery
Ltd, which reserves the right to withdraw
the Card at any time.
• Aladdins Cave Chandlery reserves the
right to alter or completely withdraw the
benefits of the card at any point without
prior notice.
• To qualify for any of the benefits
associated with the card it must be presented
to sales staff at the till prior to the transaction
beginning, points will be issued at the time
of transaction.
• Two Points are awarded for every £1.00
spent (1 GBP)
• The card member can redeem points
against purchases in Aladdins Cave Chandlery
Stores at a value of £2.00 per 200 points.
Card members can only redeem points in multiples
of 200 points. These points are converted
into Vouchers that can be redeemed in any
Aladdins Cave Chandlery Store (Currently excluding
Aladdins Cave Online and Mail Order). Aladdins
Cave Chandlery Ltd reserves the right to vary
the number of points required to be redeemed.
• Vouchers will be issued once every
four months, starting in January. Vouchers
will be issued in multiples of £2.00;
any points remaining will roll over until
a voucher can be issued. Once a voucher is
issued the points will be reset.
• Vouchers will be issued by post to
the Mailing Address given on the Loyalty card
application
• Vouchers can be redeemed in store
only and have 24 months expiry life. Once
expired they can no longer be redeemed.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No change or credit will be given
on overpayment with vouchers
• Submitting your details for a Loyalty
Card will allow us to send you information
from Aladdins Cave Chandlery Ltd only
• Any details held on your account will
not be passed or sold to any third parties
• Additional cards may be issued, by
request from a card holder for other household
members. Any points redeemed on additional
cards will be added to the original card holder’s
points and will be converted into vouchers
for them only.
• It is the card holders responsibility
to inform Aladdins Cave Chandlery of any detail
changes required, this can be done in any
of our stores
• The Loyalty card cannot be used in
conjunction with an Aladdins Cave Chandlery
Credit account
• If your loyalty card is lost or stolen
please notify Aladdins Cave Chandlery Immediately
so that we can issue a replacement card
• This card is not a credit, debit or
cheque guarantee card
• If this card is found, please return
it to any Aladdins Cave Chandlery store
• These Terms and Conditions do not
affect your statutory rights |
